With InsideEats, you make your reservations online and we take care of the rest! Don’t waste time chasing up restaurants. Book with InsideEats, save time and enjoy exclusive discounts discreetly applied at the end of your meal – no coupons, no hassles.

2. Membership
How much does InsideEats membership cost?
Membership to InsideEats is absolutely free.
How much is the booking fee?
Your first booking is FREE! After that, 5 Account Credits or $5. Earn more account credits by Referring Friends.
Why is there a reservation fee?
Unlike voucher deals that charge you $50-$100 for pre-paid offers, we charge a small booking fee of $5 and give you a large percentage off your total bill. With us, the savings are endless - the more you eat and drink, the more you save.
3. Savings
Is there a cap on the savings I get from InsideEats?
Unless otherwise stated, InsideEats offers uncapped, percentage-based savings off your bill, meaning you can indulge more often in the best dining around.
Do your offers really include alcohol?
Yes! Unless otherwise stated, all of our offers include drinks and alcohol.
How will the restaurant know I booked through InsideEats?
After you place a booking, we inform our exclusive restaurant contact who will note down you are a member of InsideEats.
How is the discount applied? Do I need to print out a voucher or coupon?
At the end of your meal, the restaurant will automatically apply the discount to your final bill. You do not need vouchers or coupons, we’ve made your dining experiences with InsideEats completely seamless. Once you make your reservation online, simply show up and enjoy your meal. If need be, simply remind the hostess that you made your reservation through InsideEats, and your discount will automatically be applied to your final bill.
Can I call the restaurant directly to make a reservation?
Unfortunately not, in order to receive insider pricing you must book with InsideEats. We have exclusive restaurant contacts that offer insider rewards for our members only.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
The sooner the better! We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For group bookings of 8 or more, we recommend booking at least one week in advance.
Do you take same day bookings?
Yes, we do. If you do not receive an email confirmation 1 hour before your reservation time, please contact us immediately. If we are unable to confirm, we will contact you to let you know and refund your booking fee within 48 hours.
How do I make a group booking for more than 8 people?
For group bookings, please contact members@insideeats.com.au.
Do I need to call the restaurant and confirm my reservation?
No, after you make your reservation online please wait up to 24 hours for an email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation after this time, please contact members@insideeats.com.au.
What happens if the restaurant cannot accommodate my booking?
We will contact you to let you know and refund your booking fee within 48 hours.
Am I able to change an existing reservation?
Yes, to change an existing reservation, please contact the restaurant directly within 2 hours of your reservation time. Changes will be subject to the restaurant’s availability.
If something comes up, can I cancel my reservation?
Of course. For further instructions please visit the After You Book page.
6. General
I invited a friend to join, but don’t see a credit to my account. Why not?
Thank you for sharing InsideEats with your friends and family! If you have not been credited, please email members@insideeats.com.au.
I’m encountering an unexpected issue at the restaurant – what should I do?
Please keep any receipts as necessary and send us an email at members@insideeats.com.au within 24 hours of dining.
